We allow up to 4 pets with a $100 pet fee (total, not per pet or per night). - Massanutten offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, dining, spa, ropes course / zip line, golfing, go carts, mini golf, and much more. - The driveway can hold about 4 cars. There is an overflow parking lot available in Massanutten if needed. - EV charging is available free of charge in the driveway. - Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and decks. - All bedrooms plus the living room feature smart TVs where you can access all the main streaming services. - We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options. - Guests can enjoy community pool access in the summer season for a small per person fee. - Linens and towels provided - Pack n play, high chair, and kid dishes/utensils provided. - We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book. There are no additional fees beyond those listed here. This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat. NOISE • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. • Keep noise indoors during these hours. • No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents. PARKING • Keep all tires off the road. • Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host. • Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840) • No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host. OUTDOOR FIRES • High wildfire risk area! • No open fires. • No unattended fires. • No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM). • Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage(dot)com or electronic sign at entrance for updates. ALCOHOL No open containers on roads or in common areas. PETS • Leash always required when outside. • Clean up after your pets. TRASH • Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports.
